You are spot on but we are probably a decade or two away from the fools in DC coming to this conclusion. It might also cut down on these recon ranger wannabe's in the SWAT teams from breaking down doors and shooting little old ladies and their dogs because they have the wrong address from the thug that has a marijuana plant in his planter.

exactly my views.

the only difference in my mind between marijuana and alcohol is cultural. Ignoring the damage that the drug causes the individual using it, Alcohol is agrueably a much more dangerous drug to those around the alcohol user than to those around a marijuana user.

My views on harder drugs are a little less well defined.
