I think that the things that make Palin a strong potential candidate are also the things that made her vulnerable to the attacks from the left. She isn't a Washington DC Politician. She's actually a real person. And where I am sure she could handle her own in the wilderness, she just wasn't prepared for a never ending flow of piranha taking bits of flesh from her.
