Question:
After Obama's death panels start culling the herd and Grandma, aunt Penny and uncle Oscar are dead from lack of healthcare will people be chanting:

Obama Lied, People Died

?

In my opinion these are all very extreme positions for an American president to take.

With the exception of the auto bankruptcy, they are nothing new. While not SOP, they are hardly novel. If you want to support "radical," then you have to find NEW perversions. These go to school off previous administrations, including Republican ones. I can't believe you brought up the cabinet officers after Saint Ronnie appointed James Watt. Sheesh!

As for the auto bankruptcy, Obama took an approach less radical than another that was available to him. He used the bankruptcy paradigm rather than the nationalizing paradigm, which he could probably have gotten away with. A radical would have nationalized the industry.
