Depends on what you define as "success," popularity or leading the country to a brighter future.

And the last guy had balls aplenty, but I can't say he was a success.

If Obama does not grow some balls asap he will lose support faster than leaves falling in New England. If he or anybody else thinks his popularity rests on his ability to get nothing done while making pretty speeches, they had better think again. The more thoughtful part of the American electorate is completely revolted by what is going on in the world of "high finance" at their expense, and profoundly disappointed that vested interests can so easily derail the redesign of the health care system in the US. The electorate may be slow to reach a boiling point -- but the water is getting hotter by the day, and Obama will soon be called Obama the bum if he does not stop acting like he is overseeing a gentlemenly debate at Harvard. For our President, its is either grow balls and grow them now, or get served up on a dinner plate by his own "supporters". The sharks are circling, I wish him well.
