It is bizarre to me that a person would claim 9/11 was a "lucky" hit. Everything that is known about the event makes it clear that not only was it well planned and organized, it was the product of a very determined group of people. I've heard RW and Z make similar comments. It is the same attitude that caused 9/11 in the first place. Every expert on nuclear terrorism believes the threat continues to this day. It is a very strange notion, indeed, to think that the string of terrorist attacks would just END with 9/11.
