Well.............it will be your Uncle's Day, so you must do what your Uncle would think is right. I'm certainly in no position to even make recommendations, but I can still only fall back on the one and only wake I ever saw, and tasted and felt, and I can tell you.........that is EXACTLY how I'd like my family to celebrate my departure. I think I'll write that in my will in case they think they need to be all snooty and sober and sad and weepy. I'm not going to ask them to read this, but I like it. It fits your Uncle.
