Bush was president when 9/11 happened. So it was his fault. Who's fault would it be? What do you think we elect a president to do?

If 9/11 had happened on Clintons watch I would blame him.

How complicated is that?

That is 2 plus 2 stuff. This is not quantum physics. But I know some people cannot add 2 plus 2. You seem to be one of them.
