I disagree. Nobody is "responsible" for 9/11 (as I've said all along). There are a lot of people responsible for the 'great recession', Bush among them but more a bunch of CEOs, Greenspan as an enabler, others... But Clinton had a very minor part and Obama none at all.

Clinton - 15%

Bush - 80%

Obama - 5%
