Hi, Stan ... last year I said Zitel has at most a fair value of $5 bucks ... I just have to revise this now to $1.

I think at this point, Zitel can be shorted to eternity. Instead of covering during flare-ups, just sell some in the money puts, wait a couple of days, then cover those puts for a gain, then stay short, until it reaches ...

A BUCK ... A BUCK ... A BUCK !!!!

Zitel may work a miracle: Did anyone else hear in the conference call Art Chiat's statement about the client who "never had any documentation [for their code] -- we recreated it for them". If the Matridigm tool can *re*create documentation that never existed, maybe they can *re*create value that never existed. Of course, he may have just misspoken and meant "created". Even then, he's underplaying a major capability of the tool: it does the job every software developer hates, creating documentation! A new line of business for Zitel to pursue. Too bad those damn customers don't know they need documentation, and too bad the holiday season's coming up, so those damn lawyers will be on vacation when there are contracts waiting to be signed.
