Dear Mr. Pink: Some more on AER.. What is your estimate for annualized FFO, I am getting around .30/quarter. This seems quite low. Expenses also seem quite high. I am nervous about the "restricted" appraisals that have not been updated since 10/95. Bottom line, I suspect that the $14.90 net asset value may be out of line. My initial excitment has somewhat dampened, but as you said this is a low risk/decent reward pick. What attracts your attention here, rather than a more seasoned self administered REIT? I love your thread and I am looking to learn as well as make some money! Andrew
