The only thing that will make sense in the CO2 fraud debate is for the Congress to pass legislation that says CO2 is not a pollutant to be regulated by the Clean Air Act. As the law stands now the looney left does not need Cap and Trade - the need a simple law suit to force the Obama administration to enforce the law. This is so sweet for the looney left in Congress because they don't have to sign their names to the death of the economy. They can just stand back and watch. The coming economic disaster will make the current recession look like a picnic IMO.
