North, right now with static wages, it doesn't matter what the inflation rate is -- if you don't make more money, you can't take advantage of it. Still... I have a balance on my 4.5% 15-year mortgage and I have no intention of paying it off early. I guess if I was a bigger risk taker, I'd take out a 2nd mortgage and put it in a few junior miners and maybe come out way ahead. Same as being on margin, and last fall showed how badly one could mess up.
