I just looked at market news. Every economic headline is reporting losses and poor forecasts, then the WH releases a statement that they expect to see positive growth in the third quarter even though unemployment will remain high for some time. The markets popped on that statement. I'm impressed, not a believer myself but hey you gotta give credit where credit is due. We'll probably see a mini-collapse before the end of the day.
