He had renowned expert in Urology, who described how massive increases in prostate cancer screening have resulted in a surge in the number of cancers discovered at an early stage as well as massive costs associated with treating those cancers. Early detection and prevention. Yet, available research has shown that this has not provided any improvement in survival rates. Massive cost. No benefit. At all. There is zero evidence to suggest that preventive care saves money.
