I have a friend that started moving to Mexico about 10 years ago. Bought some Beachfront property. Built a really nice house.

Then bought even more property up on the hill, put in roads with the idea of selling lots with a view.

Recently however someone bought the property next door (on the beach) and proceeded to build a 0 lot line house. So now he has a wall 3 feet out his bedroom window to look at.

On top of that the Mexican Mafia has apparently moved into the nearby town and next door and has frequent loud parties along with screaming 14-15 year old hookers.

So much of his view is gone along with the neighborhood. Plus the lots aren't selling.

He thought he had it made. Now it's a nightmare.
