I enjoy the Florida beaches ,and had condos there for a # of years..
As far as living there it doesn't suit my lifestyle,and you have have to run for your life (hurricane warnings) several times a year,and you get wiped out by a hurricane once every 10-15 years.

The only problem where i am is the burglars,and that is going to be just about everywhere.
