That was the entire article. You can google it, if you know how.

She didn't say "the other ~$600 Billion is going to pvoed only a marginal improvement". She said "by the middle of next year, the impact of the stimulus will level off". The middle of next year is 9 months away, and then it will level off which implies a growth to that point.

She said the unemployment rate will still be almost as high as it is today. The economy, according to her, will not have improved. According to the article:

WASHINGTON — A top White House economist says spending from the $787 billion economic stimulus has already had its biggest impact on economic growth and will likely not contribute to significant expansion next year.

Seems pretty clear to me.

It would be intellectually dishonest to ignore what the woman said and shoot the messenger (me) by attacking me personally.
