everyone has their little opiate. we must go softly, tread lightly, bathe gold gently in the tub, caress the spreadsheet full of gold mining stocks, remember to eat well, drink well, live well, and remain quietly focused, like a sharpshooter in a tree, heavily armed, but ready to pull lightly. who cares if no one else cares? i do not care. i did that once. no more. i don't leave the temple except for an occasional foray out to see how things are going in mad max land.
