You forgot the other ceiling at 9 1/2. It bumped its head there several times this year.

Every Time PSIX reaches 9.25 once 9.50 it backs off. IT must break through 10 plus to make a run. It seems that lots of buying comes in at 7.50 to 7.75 range. Then the same are selling at 8.75-9.25 range.
I buy each time stock goes to 7.50 - 7.75 range. How long do you think I will have to hold before PSIX is bought by someone?
