Hi aladin. You have very nicely illustrated the three-way lock-ins that define today's broadband cabal: content production, transport and programming. If ever the dominant ISPs were to decide to curtail or place severe limitations on HSI, they would be doing do so at their own peril, since it would sound the need for structural separation in ways they've not yet even considered. Not to mention, of course, that, while separation may itself be a worthwhile avenue to explore, it would also present issues that heretofore have not been thoroughly thought out. FAC -----
