Question: Message from HRAKA on Oct 31 1997 10:31AM EST Did you get confirmation on the DTC situation? Answer: I talked to DTC yesterday. The person on the phone told me that DTC only deals with participates, but I was able to confirm what the chill is in RMIL. I got this information from them after I gave the DTC the cusp. number for RMIL and explained the need to know. I then called my broker and had them place me on hold and call DTC and get another confirm. My broker told me that DTC has no RMIL inventory to convert or register shares with the TA. IE, that DTC is out of RMIL and the shorts have to start covering with CERTIFICATED RMIL shares for their shorts....The only way to cover the 1.5 plus million new certificate requests is to buy a certificated shareholders RMIL certificates. Guess what, we the foundation of the cartel are not selling them. Everyone that has RMIL MUST call in their RMIL shares in certificate form. This is the upward pressure for the squeeze (short trap).
