I'm sure you already know this but I'll state it for any readers that may not know. I think RTM is the designation used for the version that ships to manufacturers to be modified by them for their production. I was thinking since that version is now dated that some additions and/or tweaks had been made before Microsoft released the retail version to the public. That may not be the case at all, I don't know for sure. I was very surprised that the programs which I had working with the RTM were screwed when they were transferred and I was unable to even reinstall them.

I did some reading in forums and they all say RTM is exactly the same build as retail.
