Soup... Excellent reply. My thoughts were.......
ORCL appx $ 35.00 a share x .9 = $ 31.50

This is very speculative.........very very speculative..... but it's one
of the most entertaining stories coming out of Silicon Valley right now.
Oracle has appx. 980,114,294 shares outstanding, 300 million in
outstanding debt and a A+ financial rating . Their stock is 89 %
of their capitalization, the debt is 11%. . They also show cash at
appx 1.2 billion . A combination of stock and cash to achieve
appx $ 32.00 a share would'nt be out of the question. JC
