It is now pretty much coming down to the Kurzweil agreement, which represents a substantial and material amount of SQ's revenues/earnings esp. going into Q4 with VoiceCommands shipments and the fact it is November and the Kurzweil agreement terminates in December in the event it is not renewed. There should be news regarding this soon. Nice headsup on the TG&M article.
