Thanks Bill. That looks like it'd do the trick. Been looking for a good recipe that makes use of malt syrup.

I just read the reviews of that recipe. Couldn't be more positive so it doesn't seem like there's a better one out there. I'm not much of a baker but I'm definitely tempted to give it a whirl. Thanks for posting the link.

Hope your wife is doing well. Sounds like a very painful surgery.
