I think it's underway and relative to residential it's the silent killer.

It is probably happening first in more overbuilt areas.

No poor family to be thrown out on the street...just the greedy landlord.


Who is going to feel sorry for a greedy landlord losing a few of their many properties? It just doesn't garner much sympathy from media personalities.
