Two interesting messages on Silicon Investor pertaining to the case. The first cites all the red flags that indicate bullying and hence possible corruption by Federated via its lawyers.

The second documents a court record showing Jason Hedican, the tough talking badge-toting attorney from Briggs & Morgan, the same company that characterized Mr. Boudreau as a convicted criminal (for arguing a cab fare), was himself a convicted criminal (for driving while intoxicated, which was pled down to a careless driving charge). It should also be noted that Hedican, the convicted criminal, was the one who made sure he collected the computer equipment from the Boudreaus, and who had it in his possession for quite some time before turning it over.
