Corel Corp. plans to outsource its WordPerfect technical support and scrap its in-house team, resulting in the displacement of about 75 employees. Kevin Adamson, director of technical services for the Ottawa-based company's business application division, said the move will allow Corel to put more resources into quality assurance efforts and focus more on corporate accounts.
