tort reform, why make a vaccine when you will have the shit sued out of you if one person has a reaction, plus The clinton's limited the amount of money a pharm can make from a vaccine. So only like one company in the US makes it.

Nobody can make a flu vaccine for the free market for liability reasons. If free marketers could though, they'd be in every Walgreens/CVS in the country.
