Sorry to hear that. With a 8k first time credit and a 3.5% down FHA mortgage your chances are good. If everyone had to have 20% down and no 8K the market would be a lot lower.

I found a great place in Tuscon I was going to buy! You're planning to move to AZ? I hear Tuscon [sic] is a great place to live but you best learn on to spell it before you move there. <g> Thank God you gave up on SC! lol.
