Rallies on wall st. seem to be short lived. Expect a retest of dow 7000 and a retest of S3 at 8 that would form a nice double bottom which bolds well for the upside. That's only if we don't close below 8. Let's hope.

Any comments on how the 3 Billion in aid Clinton is proposing to send to help stabilize the Asia economy may effect this industry?
