.....nope elmo they buy in the open market and the transaction is registers in a code of 1 and ZEROS on some one computer HD or memory .... which in turn is transacted with some one else

it is all about electrons moving in a relative orderly fashion from point a to b etc.,

Fiat money can be printed on worthless paper or on HD in computers all it takes is ability to read ......... and trust it is real money ........ which it is not
