Did you check TD waterhouse ? Although I don't generally deal with .OB stocks, I think you don't need to call in and if you are a heavy trader, their Active Trader platform is very good, provided of course you get it for free, other wise it is 99 bucks a month.. For heavy trader cost per trade is $7 .. Also keep in mind they bought out think or swim in Canada so some of that stuff should pop up but TD is kind of notorious, at least in my mind of letting promising platform die.. like they did when they bought out Ameritrade Canada some time ago.. tdwaterhouse.ca
