Brumar has a good piece on Bill's thread Message 26046496 . This seems to be a qualified guy from the ranks, so to speak. That kind are exceedingly rare. When they do appear it's tough to impossible to raise adequate campaign funding (Advance auction of stolen goods, y'know.)
