Why won't the publisher print more?

Riverbend is a small publisher located in Montana. Bill Pack thought it would be a good idea to go with a Montana publisher, since that's where he's from.

Not sure what it costs the publisher to print on a per unit basis, but when they're a small company, they have to pay the printer up front. The publisher can only print so many as his credit card has limits and he has other books, which he also has to pay for up front.

They ran out of books on the first day of the festival and had to send for more to cover Friday's activities. They ran out again and there weren't enough for yesterday, so Bill left and went home.

Time to get another publisher.
