I'm not sure you are right.


People underestimate the impact of family formation on housing demand. FLA's population is still growing even with outmigration. And frankly, FLA's outmigration this past year is fairly small and is likely to reverse as the economy improves. Having said that, the FLA economy has become a 'mature' economy and is not likely to grow as fast as it did previously.

I wonder whether you happened to catch 60 Minutes tonight, discussing Medicare fraud?

And you claim government is soooo efficient at running an insurance operation!

A person would have to be totally stupid to support increased government involvement in health care after having seen this 60-minutes segment.

Medicare's OWN person in charge of fraud says, "the problem is with the size of the program". Duh. And Obama, the f*cking idiot, wants to make it bigger?
