Y'know.. I've kind of taken the view that I'm not sure I'll even buy a new vehicle again. I was helping my mother purchase a 2009 Cadillac CTS-4 a few months back and they're obviously pretty expensive. But by finding one that had a mere 4500 miles on it, we got it for $10K less than the new one. I think the Karma will be a hot seller for the Hollywood Eco-Elite, but even the Chevy Volt isn't priced at a point where J6P can afford it. Hawk

Staying with the Biden theme, the VP and possibly even President Obama will be here Tuesday to announce the re-opening of the General Motors Boxwood Plant to house the upstart hybrid/electric car manufacturer, Fisker Automotive. There will be a special contractual arrangement with the UAW for former workers to return to the plant, sources tell me. Expect to see some significant state and county tax incentives offered to Fisker to kick-start that plant back up. delawareonline.com
