If God had found these rapes to be counter to his desires he would have done two things: he would have had Moses note it thusly in the scriptures and he would have done some godly slaying and butchery his own self. I am simply demonstrating (through scripture) that when Moses furthered God's interests and "Chosen People" plans for that particular tribe who jotted down that nonsense, he was acting in a manner that is clearly devoid of any humanitarian sentiment but rather with the simple-minded hellishness and deviltry common to primitive tribes who always saw themselves as "the people" and others as objects. This is well known to anthropologists and is noted throughout history and all the way to the current time. "That's just your fantasy that you are reading into the text." No. It is not a fantasy, at all. Clearly, it was of critical importance that ONLY the virgins be brought back to be raped and wifed. So one can imagine the murderous bastards examining the children for intact hymens. Do you know of another way for a butchering soldier to assess virginity???
