Knowing how Medicare does business, I doubt that any new provider will get very much out of them before they get checked. They've been chasing around those fake (and real) equipment providers as far back as I can remember, back into the 70's. It used to be a bigger problem years ago; by now the law enforcement knows quite well how to control them. Just think of all the new juicy opportunities for fraud which Obamacare will create... not to mention hundreds of thousands, probably millions of new government jobs, each one sporting a nice salary, plus a pension and benis for life at the end of the rainbow.
