Knowing how Medicare does business, I doubt that any new provider will get very much out of them before they get checked. They've been chasing around those fake (and real) equipment providers as far back as I can remember, back into the 70's. It used to be a bigger problem years ago; by now the law enforcement knows quite well how to control them.

Just think of all the *new* juicy opportunities for fraud which Obamacare will create... not to mention hundreds of thousands, probably millions of new government jobs, each one sporting a nice salary, plus a pension and benis for life at the end of the rainbow.

I don't believe you can bill Medicare for capital equipment purchases.
