Okay, got it. You don't understand what the term "margins" means. But I know what you're saying.

What I was saying is that the problems associated with making the vaccine came up under Bush.

They also came up under Clinton.

ROTFL Of course you would think it was President Bush's fault that the federal near monopoly on Vaccine purchases was the only portion of HillaryCare that passed.

The fact that President Bush was Governor Bush when the problem was created is no reason why YOU would ever blame anyone but President Bush.
