Last time: If you check around, it looks like BofA could be tied to TARP until the economy substantially turns up. U.S. public servants may require a ridiculous capital raise in the short term to repay TARP which would make it very dilutive to repay it now. It's unlikely to occur and the U.S. public servants may continue to eliminate top talent through restricted pay attrition. No reason to post when the U.S. public servants can change the rules at anytime. Take care !
