I agree,if the SEC would have gone after Madoff when he was a little crook (and when they were warned about his games) thin gs would have been much better. If you had followed my advice years ago you would have been siting with a tidy sum. The point is one tries to stop crooks and sometimes one gets lucky. Someone in the Sec might decide it is time to after people like the clown. About 15 years ago they went on such a crusade and closed up some of the worst cooks in Utah who were engaged in such touting and promoting of penny stocks.

Hi Richard. Last week I sold my last position of MXAM. Actually made a profit. Must be 10 years since I have not been in this one. Over and a over I would buy small positions and hold for months, usually, and would sell for a small profit. MXAM may not be or ever been a viable company, but it has been a good long term swing trade. Take care and hope you are doing well. Jim
