When do you think the upcoming lawsuit will start to affect the share price of AMD?

Having seen the wild rides that some other lawsuit stocks have had, do you think the price of options will start going up soon?

As I recall, the lawsuit is to be heard starting February 20, 2010, unless the date has changed again.

Note: I'm not asking for arguments on the merit of the lawsuit here. Some of the news releases will favour AMD, some will favour Intel. But I'd think the ones that favour AMD might lead to some big moves in AMD's share price.

Mr Dan,

Re: "When a crook burns down most of your business, sometimes you've just got to sue..."

Problem is that Hector and Dirk were at the scene of the fire with matches in their
hands ... ATI purchase, Bark-y-lounger, too many "mis-steps" to list. lol
