Hi Dieter. You (and the rest of us too) will never know the "full details" of the Novonyx transaction. The company was setup as a privately held entity (with IRS implications). Many messages back, Elmo, Paul, Steve, and many others were questioning this deal with gusto. No satisfactory answers "ever" came forth from this exercise. You'll never see the performance numbers, nor will you see anything on Novell's balance sheet regarding this venture. So, you can't measure it. That is my understanding. If anyone else can elaborate further (although I know noone from Novell will), please do. Regards, Joe...
