Rick, What is your take on this. I was told that for shareholders to put their own resolution in we need 5% of the vote up front, now if GB really has 10,000,000 shares that puts them over the limit. If they really gave a damn like inuendo around here suggests why have'nt they put in their own proxy to oust the dullards in Bohemia ? You would'nt suppose they keep profiting from this do you ? ....Sean Paul, Judy Carter as CEO of the company, I like that idea. First- We have the reverse split Second- Close the Bohemia office and terminate all existing contracts Third- Request the SEC to peruse the books to see if we can recover any innappropriate spending on Dannys part Just a thought. .....Sean
