But, as we now know, they are 700K cars that would sold anyway. A total waste.

The money Bush disbursed from TARP was, by all credible accounts, what saved the country from a more serious economic crisis.

I'm not happy about that.

But either of these awful government expenditures are better than the so-called "stimulus", which was an $800 Billion inter-generational transfer of wealth -- money taken from our children and grandchildren to fund a pork-fest for the current generation.

And frankly, I can't see one iota difference between the stimulus bill and this horrible health care legislation which is just a lot of selfish people demanding that money be taken from their OWN descendants so they can have it more comfortable in their own lifetimes.

It is pathetic behavior in every respect. This Congress and this president ought to be totally ashamed of themselves. As should every person who supports this selfish legislation.
