Hi Wats. "Sounds like he know's what he's doing" I had the same impression after passing email and speaking personally with him. Even after having probable reason to be less than friendly he was impressively professional, both written and verbally. I have since spoken with someone who has met him and was told that "anyone would be proud to have him for a neighbor". I have never made money because of a neighbor in the past - that would be a nice treat. Best regards, Dan
