Morning Bob. I going to ride out what is left of my shorts till Case-Shiller August home price index due at 9:00am ET, still looking for declines vs year ago, probably just slower. Speaking of the holidays I wonder if the consumer can restrain themselves for a second consecutive year. My guess they won't be able to with a surprised late in the season buying bonanza. After all, we are known for consumption. Credit care debt be damned.
