Equating David Frum to Goebbels is inflammatory nonsense, and also not very relevant. If Goebbels himself had made those arguments it doesn't make them incorrect, if he had said the sun rises in the east would you look for it in the opposite direction?

What Frum wrote is true. The constitution doesn't make allowances for its own suspension or partial suspension in a national emergency, except for the suspension of habeas corpus. Also national emergencies are frequently declared, without noticeable damage to the constitution or loss of freedom. Thinking that such a declaration implies a significant possibility of the suspension of the bill of rights and forced vaccinations of the whole country is just being paranoid.

David Frum is by far the lowest piece of swine excrement on this planet. He is responsible for Bushes propaganda campaign and therefore is equal in my mind to Goebbles.

He has no credibility and should be in jail for the things he said and did during the Bush Iraq years.

Oh, lighten up already.

I don't listen to him no matter what side of any issue he is on so I didn't read the article.

Well, that tells us what kind of "thinkers" buy into hysteria like the threat from a banal flu declaration of emergency. LOL.
