I just made some of this for our grilled brats tonight.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Gorgonzola Mustard
1 T butter
3 Garlic cloves, finely minced
1 bottle dark beer
4 oz Gorgonzola cheese crumbled
1 C Stone Ground Mustard
In skillet, melt butter. Add garlic and saute' over low heat until tender. Add pepper and beer; bring to boil. Reduce heat and gradually add cheese; stirring until melted. Continue to cook and stir until mixture is reduced by 1/3. Remove from heat. Add mustard; stir until blended. Pour into storage container. Refrigerate until ready to serve as a condiment to grilled brats.
Yield; 2 Cups
Grilling suggestion: Blend 1 c Gorgonzola mustard with 1/3 c. dark beer. Use as a basting sauce for brat kabobs., whole brats or vegetables when grilling
